Pinnacle Point Group (PPG) is a property development, sales and management company with a focus on developing lifestyle, golf and leisure estates. With its roots in South Africa, the company has a growing Southern and West African regional footprint. In Nigeria it has launched a massive residential, sport, commercial and tourism development on a spectacular stretch of beach at Lagos Keys and it is set to embark on a project in the Seychelles to develop a top brand hotel, international marina, casino, and a host of additional golf and luxury facilities on the Île Aurore Island.
Following the Group's debut on the Alt-x board of the JSE in the wake of the reverse takeover by the Pinnacle Point group of companies of Acc-Ross Holdings Limited in November 2008, the company dual listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange in March 2009.
With Pinnacle Points sights firmly set on being the leading leisure resort and residential developer, and the premier provider of golfing developments in Africa and our neighbouring islands, PPG has forged numerous strategic partnerships with local and foreign groups.
These include a partnership with the UAE-based hotel and property group Rakeen Development, as well as the Nigeria-based property investment firm, Goldbanc Management Limited. These two strategic offshore investors enhance a strong BEE shareholding and both have invested significantly in the company to help facilitate the expansion of the Group's footprint into new markets including Nigeria and the Seychelles.

Pinnacle Point Beach & Golf Resort recently celebrated the third anniversary of its launch by opening the golf course to the public, as from December 1. Previously, only members, home-owners and residents could play the spectacular Peter Matkovich design.
