Pinnacle Point intends to commence construction of the Lagos Keys development in Nigeria in the first part of 2010. It will be a luxury golf and lifestyle resort aimed at high net worth individuals boasting private residences, beach adventure parks, sports facilities, cultural centres and luxury hotels. The first phase of the Lagos Keys development, including the golf and leisure resorts, is set for completion at the end of 2011.

In addition to its many national developments the Group is also set to build one of the world's most exclusive golf and casino resorts on an island in the Indian Ocean off Mahe, Seychelles. The Île Aurore Nouvelle development will include a luxury residential development, a world-class golf course, hotel, marina, casino and commercial and retail centre.
